Waterpark and Splash Parks

These Aquaparks are all small scale compared to other holiday destinations but as Menorca is blessed with amazing sandy beaches and shallow seas they should be seen at extras rather than the main attraction. That said there is of course the fun factor!

There are now four waterparks in Menorca ( as of 2015 ) and a couple of Splash Parks and Waters Slides in various locations.

Water Parks

All these are open to the public usually between 10:30 and 18:00 so the time is limited. Each has an on-site ticket office and some form of on-site catering details on all parks. They all offer some picnic areas, plus sun bathing and seating area. Note some sun lounger rental charges may apply.

Location of the Waterparks

With a hire car it's easy otherwise you will need a bus or Taxi as organised excursions are very rare.

  • Eastern side of Menorca Arenal D'en Castell ( Bus 8 ) , Punta Prima ( Bus 92 ) .There are buses from Mahon ( main bus station ) that stop next to these parks.
  • Western side of Menorca Cala en Bosch ( Bus 65 ) ,Los Delfines/Calan Forcat/Cala Blanes ( Bus 65 ). The buses from Ciutadella ( Place del Pins ) stop next to these parks.
Waterslides

Pay per ride basic water slides ( multi-ride discount tickets available ) are available in Cala Galdana ( Taboggan restaurant ) , Cala Blanca (Restaurante Blanc Toboganes and at Son Bou ( Club San Jaime ) . Basically these are part of a CafeBar restaurant. Son Bou also has a floating inflatables 'fun obstacle course' on the sea.
